Wedding Bartenders & Bar Service in NYC
Your wedding bar is one of the few line items where you have real control over the cost, and most couples do not find that out until after they have signed a venue contract.
Bar None is a dry hire wedding bar team. You purchase the alcohol, we bring the bartenders, the mixers, the garnishes, the tools, the ice management, and the setup and breakdown. On most weddings this saves couples a meaningful amount compared to a venue or full-service bar package, because you are buying liquor at retail instead of at a markup, and you keep whatever goes unopened.

Our two-drink signature menu is the part couples enjoy most. We build it around what you actually like to drink, what is in season, and what serves quickly enough to keep a line from forming at cocktail hour.
If one of you drinks mezcal and the other drinks nothing but a proper daiquiri, that is a menu. If you want something that nods to where you met or where you are getting married, we will build toward that.
-
The most common wedding bar question, and the one that causes the most stress. We will give you a specific shopping list based on your guest count, your event length, and your drink menu, so you are not standing in a liquor store guessing. Buy on a returnable basis where you can, and you will only pay for what gets opened.
-
A working guideline: one bartender per 50 guests for a full cocktail bar, or one per 75 for beer and wine only. Below that ratio you get lines, and lines at cocktail hour change the feel of an entire wedding. We will tell you honestly what your count needs, including when you need fewer than you expected.

All five boroughs: Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island. Also: Nassau County, Suffolk County, The Hamptons, Westchester, The Hudson Valley, The Catskills, and Northern New Jersey.

Wedding FAQs
What does dry hire actually mean?
You buy the alcohol, we bring everything and everyone else. It is almost always the cheaper path.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes, we carry general liability and liquor liability coverage, and can provide a Certificate of Insurance for your venue.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak season Saturdays, four to six months. Sooner for holiday weekends and destination venues.
Can you work with our caterer and planner?
Yes, routinely, and we will handle timeline coordination directly with them.
Will you help us plan the alcohol purchase?
Yes, and it is included. You get a specific list, not a vague estimate.
