Vineyard and farm venues often allow or require outside beverage service. This is exactly where a dry hire team fits, and it can save you a substantial amount versus a full-service package.
Distance matters. Suffolk is a real drive from Brooklyn, particularly out east. Travel is quoted transparently upfront and, for late events, may include accommodations.
Outdoor infrastructure. Farm and vineyard settings frequently lack a nearby sink or outlet. Tell us in advance and we come fully self-sufficient.
Weather planning. East End events are exposed. We will identify a fallback bar position before the day.
