Manhattan Private Event Bar Service

Manhattan events run on logistics. The drinks matter, but so does whether your bartender knows how to get through a doorman building at 5pm on a Friday without derailing your timeline. Bar None works events throughout Manhattan, from Tribeca and SoHo lofts to Upper East Side apartments, Midtown offices, Chelsea galleries, and the Lower East Side.

We are a dry hire team, which matters more in Manhattan than anywhere else, because full-service bar companies here charge some of the highest liquor markups in the country. You buy your own, we handle the rest.

Manhattan Venues We Work:

  • Corporate offices and conference spaces in Midtown, the Financial District, and Hudson Yards. Usually strict on timing, security, and COI paperwork. We are used to it.

  • Galleries and showrooms in Chelsea and SoHo. Openings and brand activations where the bar has to look as considered as the work on the walls.

  • Doorman apartment buildings across the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, and Tribeca. Service entrances, freight elevator reservations, and certificate of insurance requirements are standard here.

  • Downtown lofts in SoHo, NoHo, and Tribeca. Beautiful spaces, often with awkward bar placement and limited water access.

  • Rooftop terraces and penthouses. Great views, and a real load-in conversation.

Setting up in Manhattan:

  • Certificate of Insurance. Most Manhattan buildings, and nearly all corporate venues, require a COI naming the building as additional insured. We can provide this, but we need at least a week's notice to get it processed correctly.

  • Freight elevator reservations. Many residential and commercial buildings require these to be booked in advance and only allow load-in during specific windows. Check with your building early, this is the number one cause of delayed setups in Manhattan.

  • Service entrances. Plenty of buildings will not allow event equipment through the lobby. Find out which entrance we should use ahead of time.

  • Parking and unloading. We plan on this being difficult and build the time in. If your venue has a loading dock, it changes everything for the better.

  • Timing. Midtown load-ins during rush hour take longer than the map says. We schedule accordingly
