Bar None was founded on the coast of California, in the Pacific North West by owner and operator, Ren Plesa, who has been in the service industry for 20 years, traveling all over the world bartending in multiple states and countries.

After several years of working local wedding venues among the redwoods, Bar None has moved to New York City to provide the same quality, attention to detail, and unique experience that was honed on the West Coast.

With experience drawing from mixology, gardening, cooking, and catering, Bar None curates a drink program specific to our clients needs, from garnishes, to glassware, custom menus, and anything else to ensure a one of a kind experience for our guests.

With so many other mobile bartending services in this city popping up daily, we pride ourselves on actual, real world restaurant and bar experience, and a true deep knowledge of spirits and menu development across dozens of venues, bars, and locations, which we can pull from to ensure a true 5 star experience for your event.
