Nassau County, Long Island Event Bar Service

Bar None bartending team at a private Nassau County event

Nassau County is backyard party country, and it hosts an enormous number of graduations, engagement parties, communions, and milestone birthdays every year. Bar None works events across Garden City, Great Neck, Manhasset, Rockville Centre, Long Beach, Port Washington, Roslyn, and throughout the county.

Close enough to the city that travel is straightforward, spacious enough that we can build a bar without apologizing for the footprint.

Nassau County Venues We Work:

  • Private homes with yards and pools throughout the North and South Shores.

  • Beach and waterfront properties in Long Beach, Point Lookout, and along the Sound.

  • Country club and catering hall events, where we work alongside existing venue staff.

  • Tented backyard weddings, increasingly common and very well suited to a dry hire model.

  • Corporate offices along the Route 110 corridor and in Garden City.

Planning a Nassau County Event:

  • Backyard weddings save real money on a dry hire model. Venue bar packages on Long Island carry heavy markups. Buying your own liquor and bringing in bartenders is often dramatically cheaper for the same or better service.

  • Guest counts run high. Long Island parties are big. Plan roughly one bartender per 50 to 60 guests for a full cocktail bar.

  • Seasonality. May through September books fastest. Get your date locked early.

  • Travel. Nassau is a straightforward trip from Brooklyn. Any travel adjustment is disclosed upfront.

FAQs for Nassau County:

Do you serve all of Nassau County?

Yes, North Shore, South Shore, and everywhere between.

Is dry hire cheaper than our venue's bar package?

Usually, and often by a lot. Venue packages typically mark liquor up significantly. We will help you price it out honestly either way.

Can you do a tented backyard wedding?

Yes. Tell us about power and water access at the tent site and we will plan around it.
