The Hamptons Bartending Service & Private Event Bar

Bar None bartending team at a private Hamptons event

Hamptons entertaining runs on a different rhythm. Estate backyards, tented dinners, beach-adjacent parties, and a summer season where every good vendor books out months in advance. Bar None travels out for private events across East Hampton, Southampton, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor, Water Mill, Amagansett, and Montauk.

If you are planning a summer weekend event, book early. Anyone telling you otherwise has not worked a July out here.

The Hamptons Venues We Work:

  • Private estates and rental properties across East Hampton, Southampton, and Bridgehampton. Large footprints, often with multiple service areas.

  • Tented events on lawns and in fields, where power, lighting, and shade all have to be planned rather than assumed.

  • Beach-adjacent gatherings in Amagansett and Montauk, where wind and sand shape the entire setup.

  • Pool and terrace parties, the default Hamptons summer format.

  • Barn and vineyard settings on the North Fork and around Sag Harbor.

Setting up in The Hamptons:

  • Book early. Peak summer weekends fill months ahead. Memorial Day through Labor Day is the crunch.

  • Travel and lodging. Hamptons events involve real travel time from the city. This is reflected transparently in your quote, and for late-running events we may need to build in accommodations. All discussed upfront.

  • Wind is the main enemy. It takes garnishes, napkins, menus, and anything not weighted down. We plan the bar position and setup accordingly.

  • Power for outdoor bars. Tented and lawn setups often need a run to a generator or an outdoor outlet. Confirm this with your venue or planner early.

  • Ice logistics. For a large estate event, ice needs a dedicated plan and often a dedicated delivery. It is the most commonly underestimated item at Hamptons parties.

  • Coordinating with other vendors. We are comfortable working alongside caterers, planners, and rental companies, and will handle timeline coordination directly with them if that is easier for you.
