Hudson Valley Wedding Bartender & Event Bar Service
The Hudson Valley is one of the busiest wedding regions in the Northeast, and the venue mix, restored barns, working farms, historic estates, and riverside properties, is a natural fit for a dry hire bar team. Bar None travels for events across Beacon, Cold Spring, Rhinebeck, Hudson, New Paltz, Kingston, and Poughkeepsie.
Hudson Valley Venues We Work:

Planning a Hudson Valley Event:
Many venues permit outside bar service, which is where dry hire saves you the most. Confirm your venue's policy, and we will work within whatever it requires.
Fall is the peak season. September and October book out furthest in advance in the Hudson Valley. Reserve early.
Barn infrastructure varies enormously. Some are fully built out, some are a beautiful empty structure. Tell us which and we plan accordingly.
Temperature swings. Hudson Valley evenings get cold fast, even in September. It changes what people drink, and we will suggest a menu that accounts for it.
Travel and lodging. Quoted transparently upfront based on distance and timing.
Vendor coordination. We will work directly with your planner, caterer, and rental company on timing and layout.
